Bridgercare
The Opportunity
With continued growth through the Gallatin Valley, Bridercare, a widely respected nonprofit health organization, found themselves quickly outgrowing their physical space. Bridercare called on Two Suns to gather high-quality data and develop a leadership strategy to deliver the findings in a meaningful and actionable way. The resulting report enabled Bridercare’s leadership to implement data-informed decisions regarding the current and future physical infrastructure. It also addressed the accompanying implications for organizational culture, so Bridgercare can continue to meet the mission of its work.
The Outcome
Working alongside an internally developed team, Two Suns developed a customized data gathering process to address growth needs. This involved internal staff surveys, interviews with community leaders, partners, and employees, and focus groups for deeper qualitative data gathering. The result was a comprehensive report, a presentation to the Board, and clear paths for decision making. Within the report, Two Suns shared high quality quantitative and qualitative information with integrity for all participants.
These included projections, themes, and numerical representations for when current physical needs are expected to reach maximum capacity. Two Suns also provided team culture assessments to gather feedback from employees about their current and future needs in order to adequately fulfill all roles and responsibilities. Two Suns became a trusted partner for all stakeholders and gave leadership the insight needed to make meaningful and effective decisions for the organization.
